After literally having been blown off my feet by the quality when first seeing imagery that was infused into metal – in this case aircraft grade aluminum – I knew I had to investigate the technology further to see if I could offer it for my prints.
 
The Skinny: To print directly into aluminum, a process known as dye sublimation is used. Special dyes are directly infused into coated aluminum sheets ~ The result being truly archival works of art. This relatively new medium is highly durable, waterproof, weatherproof, and ultra scratch-resistant. The high-gloss sheen gives the imagery a vibrant luminescence with incredible detail and resolution.
 
The Details: Each aluminum print comes backed with two 3/4″ thick lightweight foam blocks and aluminum plate with drilled holes for easy hanging. When hung, these stunning prints will literally float off your wall. Each print has rounded corners for your safety and the surface can be easily cleaned with any commercial glass cleaner.
 
I am very proud to offer this highly specialized printing medium for my imagery. I demand the best in my photography and therefore only demand the best printing medium to showcase it. Traditional archival luster prints are of course still available.
